Hi, I'm Sarita! I graduated from Curtin University in 2021. My internship and honors project sparked my interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and set the course for my career.

I started practicing in the private sector and since then, have been fortunate to work alongside like-minded and knowledgeable seniors who have provided me with the necessary guidance and skills I need to help my patients achieve their goals. I would say that my journey as a physiotherapist has been incredibly rewarding so far. I enjoy helping people transform their fitness and rehabilitation journeys, whether they are just starting out or working to reach new goals.

I have a special interest in treating hip, knee, and shoulder issues. My passion for weightlifting has also deepened my commitment to physiotherapy, particularly when it comes to managing weightlifting-related injuries. Weightlifting has taught me discipline and pushed me to see what my body is capable of in ways I had not imagined. I believe exercise is an investment in our future selves, and that building healthy habits can begin with small, sustainable steps and does not have to be anything big.

Tiny victories are like gems scattered on your journey, notice them.

Beyond my work as a physiotherapist and gymming, I have recently started dabbling in rock climbing in my free time. Some of my best days are spent curling up on my sofa and crocheting or drawing the whole day. I find these activities very therapeutic.
