Hi there! I’m Bianca. I had the opportunity to study at the University of Queensland under the Ministry of Health, Health Science and Nursing Scholarship and graduated in 2015. I spent the early years of my career working at Changi General Hospital.

Those 7 years provided an amazing, albeit challenging, learning experience. I led a team at the musculoskeletal outpatient department, the shoulder service and Accident and Emergency pain service in my time there. I am very grateful for the mentorship and opportunities that I had received there. I was also able to work with great minds and hearts of the multidisciplinary chronic pain team.

In 2020, I pursued my Masters of Clinical Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal) at Curtin University to further my knowledge and skills. It was indeed a growing experience learning from inspiring leaders in the field. In 2022, I decided to move to private practice to spend more time with my patients.

Consistency is more important than intensity.

My clinical interests lie in acute and chronic neck and back pain and dance injury management and prevention. It is truly a joy to marry work and a childhood love—dance. These days, I also enjoy teaching as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Singapore Institute of Technology, working with physiotherapy undergraduates.

A perfect off day for me is a little sleep-in, lunch with a friend or loved one, a good fitness class (yoga, pilates, barre, ballet, spin…) and some introvert time with a cuppa and a book at home.
